Returns & Warranty

Careshop Return Procedure

To return a product purchased from Careshop, follow these three steps:

 
Fill the return form (reason of return) that you received with your order.
 
Pack the product
 
Send the product back to us through your preferred shipping service

Please use the return form with our address label for your return. As soon as your return has been processed, you will receive a new, corrected invoice with payment slip from us or POWERPAY.

 
If you have lost the return sheet that you received with your order, you can download it here.
 
Buyers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

Warranty

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us right away for assistance with a return, exchange, or simply fill out the provided form to return the product, describing the defect in detail.

All our products are covered by a warranty that varies depending on the specific product.

 
If you have any questions regarding our warranty or return policy, please don't hesitate to contact us. Our dedicated team is committed to delivering best service and will go above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction.

You can return unused products without defects in their original packaging, but there are exceptions:

  • Hygiene items, as well as personalized items or goods with removed product or price tags cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Used or damaged packaging or contents cannot be returned.

Products of inadequate quality

If a product has significant (irreparable) defects, it can be returned within the warranty period.

Products of proper quality

If the product did not fit or you did not like it, but it retains its consumer properties and appearance, you can return it within 15 calendar days.

You'll get your refund within 5-15 days after the warehouse receives the item. The refund method depends on how you paid for the products.

 
Please note that your bank may not notify you of the refund. Please check your transaction history and contact your bank if you have not received the refund.

If you are returning a defective item or an item delivered to you by mistake, the refund for the return shipping expenses will be issued:

  • To the card you used to pay for the item online.
  • To your account if you paid by invoice.
 
For products of proper quality, return expenses will not be compensated.

If there is a disagreement regarding the cause of product defects, we will conduct an expertise at our own expense.

If the expertise determines that the defects were not caused by us or the manufacturer, you will be responsible for compensating the expenses of the expertise, along with any associated costs for storing and transporting the product.
