Exchange and return policy

At Careshop you buy on trial and risk-free. You have 15 days to return the items you do not like in perfect new condition and in the original packaging at your expense. In some cases, we may agree to cover these costs. Excluded from this right of exchange and return are hygiene items, as well as personalized items. 
Please use the return form with our address label for your return. As soon as your return has been processed, you will receive a new, corrected invoice with payment slip from us or POWERPAY.

2-5 Years Product Warranty

Careshop wants to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products. We therefore place great emphasis on only including products in our range that we have carefully tested beforehand. For this reason, we often grant you more accommodating warranty claims than required by law - in many cases 2-5 years! These warranties apply in particular to the repair of manufacturing defects.
