The following terms and conditions apply to all offers and deliveries made by Careshop GmbH to customers via the online store. Deviating conditions of the customer are only recognized if this was expressly agreed in writing.

Careshop is top modern, efficient and leanly organized and obtains its products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, we can offer branded products in high quality at an unbeatable price / performance ratio or at extremely low prices.

The ordered products are delivered by mail within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Delivery will be made to any desired address in these two countries. All products are already pre-assembled and can be easily assembled by yourself with the included assembly tool.

Shipping costs of CHF 9.50 to CHF 29.00 are charged per order (depending on the size/weight of the product). Express deliveries or deliveries by truck will be charged with a surcharge. The minimum order value is CHF 49.00.

Articles can be returned within 15 days of receipt, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. You will not incur any costs - except for the return postage - and you will receive a credit note or any amounts already paid will be refunded. For return shipments it is necessary to keep the receipt of the post office with the barcode.

The Careshop GmbH grants warranty on the purchased products according to the provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations. In addition, the Careshop GmbH offers in part more accommodating warranty services of 2 - 5 years to repair manufacturing defects and damage that occurred during proper use (invoice = warranty certificate).

All prices are quoted in Swiss francs including VAT. Misprints and errors excepted, especially in price quotations, illustrations, descriptions or changes in design and technology, which improve the functionality of a product. We give you our confidence and deliver against invoice, payable net, within 14 days.

Our store offers the following payment options

a) credit card
b) Invoice payment via Powerpay (payable within 14 days, also with installment option)

When paying by credit card, the amount will be charged immediately after completion of the order. When paying by invoice with installment option via Powerpay, the amount is due within 14 days.

Purchase by invoice with partial payment option (POWERPAY)

As an external payment provider, MF Group/POWERPAY offers the payment option ‘Pay by invoice’. You can simply pay for your online purchase by invoice using the order invoice. If you do not make the payment within the specified period, you will receive a subsequent monthly invoice the following month with an order overview.

When a purchase agreement is made, POWERPAY takes on the amount receivable and processes it using the payment method selected. By selecting purchase by invoice, you are also agreeing to our GTC, POWERPAY’s GTC. (powerpay.ch/en/agb).

The goods remain the property of Careshop GmbH, Pfäffikon, until full payment has been made.

Careshop respects the privacy of its customers and adheres to the applicable data protection regulations. Personal data is treated confidentially and is only used to process orders and for internal marketing purposes. Customer data will not be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary to process the order or to fulfill legal obligations.

Careshop is only liable for damage caused by gross negligence or intent on the part of Careshop. Liability is excluded for slight negligence. Careshop is not liable for damage caused by improper use of the products or changes to the products.

Careshop reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The updated T&Cs will be posted on the Website and will apply from the time of posting. It is the customer's responsibility to regularly review the GTC.

Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. Instead of the ineffective provision, an effective provision shall be deemed to have been agreed which comes as close as possible to the economic meaning and purpose of the ineffective provision. Swiss law applies exclusively.

The customer expressly accepts the place of jurisdiction Pfäffikon/SZ.
