For years, we searched in vain for the perfect folding bike that rides like a regular bike. Eight years ago, we finally decided to develop our own product. Convinced of our idea, engineers and designers from the German automotive industry worked together with us to create a new, innovative folding concept for a bike frame with 3 different, technically advanced drives to meet various demands. The result: the OP20!

The OP20 with Speed-Drive planetary drive system is meticulously designed down to the smallest detail: suspended frame, patented safety and folding locks, two luggage racks with a load capacity of up to 23 kg, and many other highlights. 

Pedals: High-quality, ball-bearing, lightweight folding pedals with two reflective cat's eyes. Saddle/saddle post with integrated suspension: sporty, comfortable, lightweight, and practical. Suspension: Suspension damping system consisting of a suspension fork (30 mm) with adjustable tension and integrated locking system (on/off) and a saddle post with integrated suspension. Brakes: Equipped with either disc brakes or V-brakes depending on the gear shift. The front brakes can be upgraded from V-brakes to disc brakes. Theft protection: The OP-20 comes with a practical clip-on electric alarm. Luggage rack: Our OP-20 aluminum luggage racks can carry loads of up to 9 kg (front) and 23 kg (rear). 

Riding pleasure: While the OP-20 weighs 14-17 kg (depending on gear shift/equipment), it is unbeatable in terms of riding fun and safety. Handlebar unit / handlebar grips: Freely adjustable KALLOY handlebar unit (handlebar and stem) with ergonomic horn handlebar grips. Lightweight aluminum brake levers. Twist grip shifters. Frame design: Extremely torsion-resistant, robust, sporty lightweight aluminum frame. Saddle: Unisex saddle specially designed for the OP-20. Includes saddlebag with integrated LED taillight; Seatpost: equipped with integrated suspension. SecuLock^©: High-quality, patented folding mechanism/security lock. Aluminum rims: DM-18 by Jalco. Tires: KENDA 20x1.95, 60 TPI.
